2-5-2009-Wallingford FD held its annual awards ceremony. Fire Chief Peter Struble presented the following awards.

Firefighter Michael Gudelski for his service in the Navy overseas, Fire Inspector Brian Schock for his diligent Fire Prevention work, Lt. Keith Schafer for his work on instituting Paramedic Engine companies.

Shift 4 received a unit citation award for their job on a multi-casualty MVA.
