11-27-2008 - 58 Edge Hill Rd- Firefighters were called to the home for fire in the garage.  Heavy fire on arrival in the garage area which spread into the attic and house. Initial attack made with 2 1/2 inch handline, followed by two 1 3/4 lines. Truck company cut the roof for ventilation. Fire was in a non-hydranted area so a tanker-water shuttle was set up. All Wallingford Fire Companies operated at this fire, with assistance of mutual aid companies from North Branford and Durham. Photos by Johnny Knots.
